Ken Wade provides a lot of fascinating information about the housing market in the United States. On February 27, 2018, he reported: “Every state in the U.S. has at least one declining real estate market right now, except for these six: Arkansas, Washington D.C., Montana, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Utah. Note that these 6 states are all very small in terms of markets and population. They’re not representative of what’s going on nationwide.”
