From June 2017 thru June 2018, four states showed double digit home price increases:
Nevada – 12.6%
Washington – 12.1%
Idaho – 11.5%
Utah – 10.4%
Prices in 38 states have risen above their pre-crisis peaks. National prices increased 6.8 %. Home prices are forecast to rise 5.1% over the next year. Adjusting for inflation, home prices were still 13.3% below the 2006 peak.
