Seller Financing Boom May Be Coming

A recent Wall Street article stated that J.P.Morgan, the largest lender in the United States, has modified it’s loan requirements in response to the Coronavirus Pandemic and economic shutdown. They now require a 20% down payment and a minimum credit score of 700 to qualify for a mortgage.

This means that many otherwise qualified buyers who fall a little short will look to the seller of the property for financing. This will present a great opportunity for both parties to get what they want.

Feel free to call me and discuss your situation before you agree to terms.
