Los Angeles-Long Beach-Santa Ana $458,900
Riverside-San Bernardino-Ontario $297,900
Sacramento-Arden-Arcade-Roseville $297,600
San Diego-Carlsbad $554,300
San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont $770,300
San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara $970,000
These first quarter 2016 results represented an average 7.1% home price rise. The overall median sales price was $315,900.
