In a country of more than 300 million people, the United States has more than 40 million of us paying more than 30% of our monthly income for housing( Bloomberg.com.) Yikes! This is not news to those of living in California, New York and other high cost cities and states.
If you live in Ohio, though, it’s a different story. A recent study found 4 Ohio cities among the 10 most affordable places to live in the United States. And, Ohio is typically in the top 10 every year in owner financed transactions as well.
